All nativa apps ? Or do you use the android versions of facebook and skype ?
Take a look at the sync intervals of your email account to. Mine is set at 4 hours.

Here on average after a 12 hour work day I still have 45%~40% left. Easily can go up to 2 days without charge. Passed the battery pack to my wife (Iphone 5 user).

Honest opinion from the Seattle airport after a full day of travel, guess who's phone is the only one not plugged in.

I'll give you a hint, it's at 64% now and all the plugged in people claim it's the weirdest squarest phone they've ever seen.

I think we have similar business lounge experiences..... though people usually say "wow, that's huge" to me, as opposed to "heh, that's weird & square" (I probably look grumpier than you!).

Recently the most positive responses to any of my Passport comments has been to me saying "the big screen means I don't need my reading glasses" (I assume this is an age thing!).

Just got my new passport two days back. Came from a Z30, which has a monster battery. The passport does not last as long as the Z30 for me, but still can get me through a fifteen hour day with 30% left. On the other hand, I have had a Z10, and that phone had the crappiest battery life

My Passport can take up to 5 days (after an OS upgrade etc) for the battery life to maximise, will be interesting to see if your new Passport improves a bit more.

    Agreed re: the Z10!

Just curious about what everyone thinks about the Passport's battery life. I'm ordering one tomorrow, and I want to make sure that it won't fail me like my classic. Good or bad reviews are welcome!

It's great. I'm especially impressed with it when tethering, matches only my Galaxy Note 2 for lifetime in that mode.

Lasts through the day, every day, despite constant push email and other usage of course, and is everything I need and expect from a phone.

Two days moderate use. Rarely play games. Mostly emails BBM news browser and a number of other smaller power use apps.

It's very good but not as exceptional as people claim to be. I get about twelve hours with my normal usage and about eight with heavy usage. About the same as my Z30.

It will last a long time if you don't really use it. I use mine pretty clean meaning pretty much no android apps. I basically use the phone as a communication device first and a media/apps device second. Using this method you can push the phone anywhere between two and three days.

It all depends on what you need the phone for. If your going to be playing videos and games, then the passport isn't it. If you want a phone that will pretty much last you and are a communication first person, the passport is for you.

    It's very good.

Average battery life is, as you can see from the device monitor active screen, one day. I find on heavy days it's about 16-18 hours.

I run a combination of native and Android apps but I stay away from battery draining apps in general. For instance, no Skype, no kindle, and for settings I don't allow apps to run in the background unless necessary.

Have four email accounts set to Push, one ActiveSync, and tons of other services running (Evernote, Blaq, Foursquare, New York Times, etc.

I'm at 40% after 8 hours of bluetooth streaming to the speaker in the picture, which as you might guess is in a location without great cell coverage. Usage otherwise was moderate as I was doing chores and listening to tunes. Maybe 2 out of 8 hours browsing, answering emails, twitter etc.

I'm constantly on my phone plugging away with messages, games, reddit and what not and I can get an entire day out of it with decent life leftover too. My day goes 430am to 10 or 11 at night when I go to sleep again too. So I've got no complaints about it

After a week of using my new passport, I have changed my views on the battery life. I said that it does not outlast the Z30 and I was wrong. It lasted me 30 hours on moderate use hooked up to WiFi throughout the day

This is my day today. Light use at work (texting some emails listen to music for three hours straight) when I get home from work is when I really hit it. Gaming websites basically everything. Hence only 6 hours left for a 46% charge.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, however, I was noticing that the Amazon app was taking up cpu, as well as battery even though I wasn't using it. Randomly I tried with lucky patcher to uninstall it. It doesn't actually take the Amazon app off the device, although I did notice that since doing this it has not ran since. No cpu usage, no memory usage, and no battery usage. I don't use either that or the amazon app store, so it's not a huge miss for me. It's a small thing, but I didn't like it taking up resources while I never used it.

I work 12hr shifts at work. I clock in 6pm and listen to nothing but Pandora radio, and browse the Internet on lunch break and resume with Pandora radio until I punch out at 6am. I'm left with between 15-20% battery life remaining daily.
