    give's to me " emergency call only " !!
    the problem is not in SIM card !! I'm use it in my old phone " i phone 4s " and works well :/

    It easily could be your sim. Who is your carrier? Contact them or go to your local dealer. They will give you free sim. Also they will have to update on there system your sim card number + blackberry IMEI number

    It's happened to quite a few people, me included, iv had a new sim from my carrier and it's happened again, iv tried two sims that work in other phones but not this one, coube the sim card tray or antenna Problems,send it back to be replaced or repaired.

    Yes repaired for $250... this is a widespread problem and it seems to be showing up after a year of use which is after the factory warranty is out. I'm so mad that they won't do right by their customers. I guess customer retention isn't a big deal

    I have the same issue and it was an ongoing issue for several months, at the beginning I thought was a network issue, I tried to enhanced the signal in every way thinking it was a radio or a signal issues and at times it looked like it w#orked, BlackBerry is acting irresponsibly with their faithfulls because they know this is and ongoing situations where the warranty should cover past the year warranty. I have been with blackberry for the past ten years and support has been an uphill battle and then this is the way blackberry treats those that have been there for the brand

    I called support and they want $250.00 to fix something that should be a recall even 3 month past the warraty, they know it is a manufactor's defective issue, it is all over the forums.

    I agree with you. I'm so dissatisfied with how they are choosing to handle this. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years and for them to not honor us sucks really.

    They really don't give a shiny poo about there devoted,to they point were they hardly want to tell you when they release a product, av moved on to a moto x pure, can't be doing with all the hassle and defects that go on with blackberry anymore,
