I think one feature that everyone is not utilizing is the keyboard with Blackberry Assistance. When you're on a home screen just type a keyword in a document or app that you want to find and BB Assistance will populate a matching app and file instantly with that keyword. This cuts down through minutes of navigating though apps, emails, files and documents just to pull up what you're looking for. The 2nd best productivity feature in my opinion after BB Hub.

I know iOS and Android have similar features too but the Passport keyboard really cuts down more steps and shows more superior results then competitors.

Yes the voice to text is a very cool feature, but I'm a little self-conscious about using it in public and you still have to go back to insert punctuation; but otherwise, potential to be a real time saver.

Haven't read all the way, maybe someone already answered this. Assuming this works same as previous BB10 versions - all you have to do is SPEAK the punctuation desired. " take my wife comma please exclamation mark " gets you "Take my wife, please!"

    Someone can verify.

Correct. Speaking the punctuation works perfectly. There're even more commands, like Write the next word in all caps (found it out in German. The command is "Grobuchstaben"). Have been looking for a list of all commands, but no luck so far.

Came in to post the "u" + enter to unlock. So awesome. Enables one hand unlocking!

If you long press the focus square on the camera it will lock the focus.

Swiping down on the keyboard will map the extra characters to the keyboard for one keystroke.

Long press on any key for special Characters.

Two finger swipe down on any screen to get the settings toggle window.

Can you confirm how to unlock one handed as your post isn't showing correctly? Is it a 10.3 feature or 10.3.1?

I can give some simple ones

Two finger swipe from top in apps to bring up BlackBerry quick settings

Love the T and B keys to go to top or bottom of thread or what ever you are doing.

    C to compose

How about the swipe diagonally from top right corner 4 times and get hub reset

Yes swipe down bringing up additional characters with mapped keys.

Love the mic button you can hold for three seconds above the period and dictate text. Works even here in this app. Not really hidden, however probably not noticed.

Shift+delete is to delete forward. Just leaned this one

    Will think of more.

Ok, here's one that gets overlooked: in an app, use CB10 as a guinea pig, rather than tapping the back button repeatedly or swiping back numerous times when you're several layers deep into the app, try swiping the back button to the right to get back to the first page.

In English, just say "All caps" and the next single word will be in all capital letters. It only does one word at a time, so if you need more than one you'll have to repeat the "All caps" command.

I works on mind. I used to use this feature often on my old Blackberry bold so I decided to test it out on my Passport and to my surprise it did work.
You have to enable music shortcuts in the settings menu for them to work.

You need to set it up...Settings - Main Volume there are sliders there.

Been using this shortcut on all BlackBerry devices I've owned.

Ok, I read all of the tips and learned a few new ones! Thanks for everyone's contributions.

We all know that when in an email "N" will forward you to the next email and "P" will send you to the previous email, but did you know that you can achieve this same functionality with a swipe?

When in and email you can start an arrow from the far left of the screen toward the center and go up (i.e. _______|) this will send you to the next most recent email. The opposite gesture sends you to the previous email.

I hope somebody hasn't posted this one yet!

I had a Z10 since 1st Feb 2013 and it's just something I stumbled on somewhere along the line. It works beautifully in the hub. If you just pull the back button 10mm to the right, it gives you quick shortcuts to locations within the app
