Do yourself a MASSIVE favour and read the thread. Then on your next purchase get a brand other than Beats. Your ears will be happy, your enjoyment will greatly increase and the quality will b r much better.

    I promise!

Agreed 100%, the advertising and marketing is ace but that's where it ends for sound and build quality! Urbeats was an epic fail in my opinion, as they are marketed as "durable enough to throw around" yet after going through 6 pairs with audio loss usually on one side with speaker failure, simply just doesn't cut it for the $$$.

One thing I am wondering is what is the output impedance on the headphone jack of the Passport? i believe this may be one answer to why the Passport performs at a lower level than we feel it should.

These Klipsch Image One headphones are fantastic! I've been wearing them for a few hours now and they're very comfortable. The sound and build quality are amazing and I think it's so much better than my friend's overpriced Beats headsets.

I have lots of options. But the best headphones I have found for use with mobile devices are Sennheiser HD-25. Great sound quality and you can beat the crap out of them and they will survive. Also use Shure IEMs. I have a couple of models.

Beats ugh. Save you wallet and get something decent. There are stacks of good brands out there, Beyerdynamic, Grado, Audio Technica, Denon, Shure, etc. etc. etc.

I use to be a fairly active participant at Head-fi.org. If you want info about good headphones etc, go there. But watch your wallet. It can get very very expensive.

BOSE = Buy Other Sound Equipment. Overpriced to hell.
Agreed! I love my klipsch X7i IEM's! Totally worth the 199.99$us. They sound like IEM'S double their price!

I should have added, my Beats studio were free. From various test with other headsets, I know Beats aren't the best. But, I was merely answering the thread.

I didn't come here to get everyone's opinion on the headphones I own.

Ps: my Bose work well, too. And those I bought myself.

Scored a pair of Hickman RE-600s for 199 on Crutchfield, a truly great pair of earphones and an absolute steal for the price as these boys are intended to compete with the likes of the GR-10s from Grado, IE80s, X11s etc

You forgot to say 'your wallet will thank you'

    Check Out TechCraze
Well from personal experience, the 300-400$ class of IEM's generally give better sound with no distortion of muffling and not too flat of a response! HYBRID Dynamic, balanced or mutiple armatures never go for less than 700$

I've tried a lot of in ear monitors and if. The Westone 60's had an online mic with flat cabling id get em and they run about 1250$ the Westone IEM's have about 5 armatures for the complete sound profile.

I'm using V-Moda Crossfade LP with my Passport, extremely satisfied with the headphones, they sound good, look good, have a great build quality, a nice "exo skeleton" case and they are the most comfortable pair of headphones I've ever owned.

I have the Plantronics Backbeat 903+. I have some Bluetooth issues, but not only with the headset. See this thread:
    http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe.../#post11246324

The headset sounds ok. The bass could be stronger and it could be a little louder. The buttons on the headset work perfectly (play/pause, next and last track, volume, accepting incoming calls/bbm calls and starting BlackBerry Assistant).
The battery lasts between 6 and 8 hours depending on the volume.

I like the headset because it has Bluetooth, buttons and it is small. It came with a small bag to put it inside when you don't use the headset.
