Jabra Revo mostly via BT but sometimes with cord. Great sound via BT, incredible via cable.

Not got a passport although I do consider myself a audiophile.

Currently got a pair of in ear Denon's for watching movies & documentaries. & JVC in ear XX. Listening to EDM is awesome with these!

I wish BlackBerry would support USB audio and let me use my portable DAC / amplifier with it (fiio x5). Until then I never listen to music with any of my BBs.
Android has usb audio starting from L, while before it was up to the manufacturers to support it. Samsung does since galaxy S3 if I recall.
Apple has it locked down and DAC manufacturers need to apply for a license and pay fees.
Isn't iOS limited to 320 kb/s audio? And wouldn't it make no sense at all with the iPhone in that case?

I've gone through 6 pairs of urbeats and all of them ended up with audio loss. On one side!

I'm currently using some Monster Turbine Copper Pro with Control Talk, but they're on their way to the grave. They sound good.

Next set might be Shure SE846, but it's a bit annoying that they don't come with a mic on the cable.

Beyer Dynamic DT770 for working/zoning out, Motorola S10-HD's for when I'm working out. Simply put, the DT770's are amazing. I will likely stick with the Beyer Dynamic brand if I ever need to replace my DT770's. The S10's are okay sounding as I was more interested in something lightweight to wear when running/circuit training. They're pretty beat up and the battery is fading. I'm looking to upgrade the S10's to a little better sound & longer charge that's still very lightweight and durable... Suggestions?

An important related question is what, if any, lossless audio formats are audiophiles using with their passports. If people are listening to compressed MP3s, then their preferred headphones might be different than if they're listening to FLAC.

Nothing is wrong with them at all. But the OP called out audiophiles. So expect a wide range of products outside of the stock offering.

I also use my Shure SE315 inner ears when I want to just relax, but usually get lazy and just pop on my Audio Technicas.
I have similar set up.. I use my Shure's for the gym and biking and use my audio technica's when I'm at home relaxing.

FLAC is highly recommended. It's a whole new dimension of sound really.

Beats are not going to giving you the best sound experience by a long shot. They look cool but that's where it ends.

    In-Ear: Ultimate Ears Super.Fi 5 Pro
    Over Ear: Audio Technica M50
    Workouts: Sennheiser 685i

Now if only I can combine the frequency range of the ATM50s with the forwardness of the Super.Fi 5 Pros, I'd be in heaven!

I have been using the Samsung Level On head phones for my wired headset.
Whenever I am working out, I use the Jaybirds Bluebud X.
Both work absolutely great with the Passport.
Plenty of battery power with the Passport too so I can listen to music all day long and not have to worry about it draining my battery.
