    Hello Everyone,

    Since one hour my right side of screen touch is not working, only the left and middle but not the right,

    I have tried the hard reset thrice but it didn't resolve the issue,

    How can I solve the problem

    This may sound crazy but I had the same problem with my Passport.
    Turns out it just needed a good cleaning. Oils from your fingers can build up. I don't use a protector either.

    The best solution for cleaning mobile device screens, monitors, HDTV's, etc. is 1/2 white vinegar and 1/2 filtered water in a spray bottle and wipe with a soft cloth like you'd use to clean eyeglasses .
    Hope it's that easy for you. otherwise it may be a hardware issue.

    I did test the Display from BBVE and the screenshot is attached above, the black area is where the touch doesn't response,

    How will I know if it's hardware or software issue?

    It's highly unlikely to be a software issue. But you can confirm by running an autoloader just in case.
