    Lately phones been acting up. No idea why, I use it everyday. Great condition (aside from these problems). I don't know who I'm supposed to contact to fix it. Literally everything is on that phone from business emails etc. Any ideas?

    Have you tried a volume-key reset? If so, sounds like battery has discharged completely. You need to figure out if it's the charger, USB cable or the USB port on your Passport that is stopping it from charging. Plug it into a known-good charger and that you have tested with another (preferably large) smartphone. Does the LED come on? Leave it connected overnight. Sometimes, if the battery has got really, really flat, you might need to continually connect and disconnect it to a charger (maybe a few hundred times!) to 'wake' the battery up.
