Help me prove my theory. Double typing.

This double typing on my phone was getting ridiculous, almost to a point where I was thinking of changing my phone. But I stumbled across this last night when I was texting a friend. I noticed with this keyboard I tend to type with the ends of my fingers with my nails touching the keys. I'm a guy by the way with short nails. But I noticed when I changed my typing style where I just touch the keys with only my finger tips with no nails touching the keys the double typing disappears. It may not work for everyone but now I no longer have double typing with this new discovery.

I bite my nails and there's basically zero chance of my nails hitting the keys. I still experience double typing although definitely not as a frequently as some here seem to. Or at least it's not enough that it bothers me greatly.

I noticed also I tend to give the key a nice firm press with this new typing instead of the the slight press just enough to activate the keys.
