You're on a beta or developer OS. You need to load up a different version.
Yeah developer version. Head over to the leaked os and grab one of the other versions.

Here's a link to the OS archives. Should be able to find what you need there. Just hook it up to a PC and run the autoloader on the PC. Just beware it will wipe all of the data on the phone.
