This is really weird, for this is a personal phone, and I don't work for any companies. whose policy is stopping me from setting a pic password, and how can I fix it?

If I'm not mistaken you have to set a numeric password before you set the picture password.

The numeric password is used as a backup in case the picture password doesn't work.

That's the IT policy it's referring to.

My company just implemented a password policy for mobile devices. Now I see the same thing as shown above and can't set a picture password anymore either. I did not have a password on my device previously. If I change my password, I still don't get the picture option.
