    I switching classic to passport but then I got this massage anti theft on my classic then I delete my BlackBerry I'd now I stuck with this

    you need to log in with the id that created the classic setup. You need to use your original BBID.

    I try to create new I'd with the same email address but still can't work what to do next?

    Why you need to create new one. Still you don't have old login details you will not be able to setup and use phone.

    If you did this, you will never be able to recover. You now have a new paperweight.

    The only solution is to send your device and a proof of purchase to BlackBerry.

    @daw.dome The direction from BlackBerry for those in your situation is to contact point of sale (seller) and be prepared to provide identification and proof of purchase. If you didn't purchase from an authorized BlackBerry dealer, then I expect you are out of luck. If you contact BlackBerry, they will refer you to the seller.

    Also, FYI, deleting your BBID was a bad move. It doesn't exist anymore. Even if somehow you figured it out now, it is gone, no more, and you can never disable the anti-theft because you have in essence destroyed BBID.

    Creating a new BBID with same credentials is not recreating the old BBID. The new ID is a new ID.
