Back up phone, and than do OS reload and back up install

Kindly tell how to do OS reload

Let it run for some time. It should get back to normal after a day.

It's been almost a month for the update, still no improvement. Happens mostly when I use any android app. Don't know what went wrong

I have the same issue as well. Im also noticing some slowdowns...presumably due to heating.
I'm also noticing more of this happening while running android apps. I saw some compatibility improvement on android apps on 2474(Firefox used to fail to run on older FW), and I think maybe this difference is the cause for this...
Heating only happens to me if I'm using android apps. Nonetheless everything works fine.

Android apps don't run with full efficiency on BB10. So they use up much more of the phone's capacity. Even when they're not running they're still using power. My solution, if you can live with it, is deleting all apps that aren't native to BB10.

You might want to update to the newer OS versions that are available in the Leaked OS forum. If you still have the problem, remove all Android apps. If the problem goes away, then you know one of those apps is the culprit. Add them one at a time and then see if the heating issue returns.
If neither of these work, you may have a connectivity issue. Does it heat up when you have full bars or when your phone is switching back and forth between a weak WiFi signal to the network.

You need to plug the USB port into a computer that has BlackBerry Link installed on it.
Go into link and in the upper right corner you will see the word preferences. Click on it.
A new window pops up and with in that window it's pretty self explanatory at that point.
