Having an issue with my phone. When I listen to music using headphones and then take them off phone still thinks that headset is plugged in. This results to speakers not playing, phone not making sound when ringing and when i pick up the phone i have to readjust audio to 'headset' from 'audio' or i won't hear any sound.

Or sometimes it won't recognize headphones. I'll plug them in but music and all sounds will still play with speakers

This is a software issue that'll be fixed, right?

It could be hardware. There is a test for the headset insert and removal sensing in the BBVE app. Use the headset that came with the phone for the test to rule out third party headset incompatibility.
