    It freezes since this morning. I don't know why. I restarted and hard reset and only last a few minutes until it freezes no matter what. Any idea?

    Now is a *really* good time to backup as much data from the device as you can while it still starts.

    Assuming you haven't made any significant recent changes to the device it could be simply a hardware failure, but you'd probably be best reloading the OS first to check that it's not something recoverable.

    Thought that. I haven't done any significant change unless is an update that's comes Ota. Is really strenge. Can't back up or anything until I get to my home. We'll see
