    When does it do this?

    Unfortunately, I have seen this before with a Z30. The screen died the next day.

    At this point, it happens all the time. Once it's plugged in, the screen just turns grey and black. Re-booting and resetting doesn't seem to the help, it's the same result. Do you think a new screen may fix the problem?

    Did you replace the screen? Do you think that will fix the problem?

    Yep, a new screen should fix this for you. I decided to cut my losses, sold my Z30 and got a Classic instead. Mistake! Now on a Q10, but miss my Z30 though.

    Nothing per se, but for me it offers neither the large screen of the Z30 nor the compact form factor of the Q10.
