On Thursday, the lady next to me on the bus had a Passport. It's not a common phone, the Classic is the most common BlackBerry in the wild, probably due to the latter being a work-issued phone.

I get a lot of, lets call it mockery, for carrying a passport. Even the priv when i carry it is almost certain to gather some sort of jeer "Oh, didn't know they still made blackberry". The only other person i know that has blackberry devices of course gets the same thing.

The more i think about it, they're not entirely wrong are they? I mean have you ever seen another passport on the street? Heck, I'll settle for any modern blackberry device. a classic? a leap? a priv? I know quite a few people and I can tell you who owns galaxies or iphones or htcs or even flip phones from 2004. I know more people that had the nokia lumia 1020 than did blackberries

I live in saudi arabia and here I have only seen one bbpp in my hands only and no one else and I have been to pakistan too and here people even dont know which phone this is it does not exist here

The only Passport I've ever seen was the demo model in an AT&T store. When I was buying a T-mobile sim for my SE the sales associate asked "Is that a Passport?"

I see Classics the most. I've stopped counting those. Well over a dozen.
Q10s are the next popular. I've seen nearly a dozen since they were released. I don't see many lately though.

It finally happen! Yesterday, while greeting a customer at my desk, he pulled out a Passport and I swear I almost hugged him. I'm so used to receiving grief for my phone it was good to see somebody else with good taste. We must have chatted for 20 minutes or so about how much we love the Passport. I must admit, his Passport was used only for work and his personal phone was an IPhone but who cares he still loved his Passport.

I and a colleague at work have OGS, I've seen a couple around town, but in Toronto, so still a few die hards around.

Here in Hong Kong I've seen quite a few of the Black Passports and 2 red ones. Still see more classics than anything else and a few Priv's, Z10's & Z30's. Have not seen any DTEK 50's or 60's at this time. Rocking 24-7 with my Passport SE & Semi Retired Z10
