    I bought it the day it was released and have only had it about two or so weeks. The screen is separating from the frame, and it's still usable but unacceptable as far as build quality is concerned. Any other passport owners having this problem?

    Sorry to hear it as I know that's a downer being brand new and all. Get it exchanged and you'll be done with the problem.

    Hopefully all that gets cleared up. BlackBerry has always been known for the integrity of their products and always provided me/everyone I've heard, with good support should stuff like this happen out of the blue... Hope it works out!

    Since they don't do exchanges I'm getting a refund. Seeing as how quickly they are selling out it'll probably be a while until I get a new one. Good thing I still have my trusty Q10!

    It's good to hear you're not jumping ship after a bad first impression, it's nice to see that loyalty around here after reading so many threads about people's ignorance and intolerance of change -.-

    Now that they are backordered, I hope they don't have a problem with sloppy build because they are rushing to get it out!! Take your time BlackBerry, and do it right!!
