    I twisted it and it looks straight now, do you guys think this would happen in someone's pocket?
    I've had three Passport. Never abused any of them. Don't wear tight pants. The Passport bends and twists--it is inevitable from my experience.

    You need a rigid case (the Seidio case maybe). The internal steel frame is broken in the bottom middle, and there are no cross-braces. It's going to bend, that's just the way it's been built.

    For those of you that sent your phones in for repair, how long have you been using it since? Notice anything different? Is the defect really repaired or just a quick fix that buys time until the phone twists again?

    Mine is slightly warped. It no longer will sit perfectly flat on the glass on top of my desk.
