I've had my Passport for about a month now and I'm enjoying the screen and reading/surfing experience.
But it's the typing which is becoming an issue. My hands feel strained all the time, especially with my fingers wrapped behind the device and little finger supporting the Base.

    Anyone else facing this problem?

Yes, it took over a month to strengthen the fingers and learn to work with the larger keyboard. But I rarely use my ipad anymore now that I have had time on the passport.
Still use my z30 also for personal calls and it has to be the best touch keyboard.

Oh gosh, I don't even recall using my iPad Air anymore since I got my Passport. Now that you reminded me, I need to put it up on eBay.

Well, gotta work those hands then. (ゝ。∂) I too have small hands. Typed with both thumbs. Occasionally I'd get a sore thumb, but after rest it goes well.

Try to hold with the index and middlefinger (crossed, the view shows 4 flat fingers holding) on the back, (not much) squeezing the device from both sides between the palms and pinching with the thumb on the keyboard without pressing the keys, supporting with the flexed ringfingers rather than with open hands and weak streched pinkys...
If I can, I'll post a photo of my way this evening/night... a rather dynamic way... very solid grip.

Actually it works! Very firm grip on the phone and no problem typing.

Yes actually. I support it with my pinky fingers and type with my thumbs. I did once get a cramp in one of my pinkies. I was however using my passport for 6 hours straight.

I am have the same problem! At first I thought it was because I was using a flip case so I started to take it out of the case when I'm going to use it. I really do appreciate this phone for everything it is however as time goes by I don't think I'm going to be able to use this as my daily driver I'm planning on getting the Leap and I guess I'll be switching it up. Mind you I have pretty big hands but I guess at this point it doesn't really make that much of a difference.

I also have that same problem! I thought only I have it. Lol. The weight and the size of the Passport might cause some issues for some people.

Same situation I'm really enjoying it but finding it a struggle as a daily driver. Which really is a shame!

Also the buggy App experience isn't helping.

Just curious, are you fellows with hurting hand issues using both hands to type or are you using one hand?

As I've noted in another thread, this is essentially how I hold my Passport when I'm typing. It rests on my left hand pinky finger.

Sometimes, I don't use my pinky finger at all and keep it on the underside of the device, with my other fingers. So, in essence, I'm balancing my Passport on the 4 fingers of my left hand. This works only if you're in a position where you can keep your device relatively flat but I find it really comfortable this way.
