    Hat's off to Rogers and Blackberry for solving my problem. I've been a long time Passport advocate but for some reason, my Passport started having difficulties staying connected to calls and functioning properly, particularly with bluetooth connectivity. I have no idea what happened, but people would call, but I would be unable to respond, among other anomalies. . Got a replacement. today. Works perfectly. It's nice to have that kind of followup and response, notwithstanding, our company had influence as a significant user and customer. Nice to know that if something goes wrong, you can get it fixed....fast.

    I've been a long time rogers wireless customer and yes it's great,they do have quick replacements when a BlackBerry device goes awry!
