    Hello guys,
Im still wondering of buy a new BlackBerry Passport for daily using (internet browsing, checking emails and chatting at Facebook Lite) but there is one question: what kind of application is the best for maps and GPS? On my iphone and android devices I use Google maps and Here maps. What about BB10?

For GPS navigation, Navfree (with offline maps) works pretty well for me.

One of the reasons for getting a Passport was that the 1:1 is great for map viewing so I tried a bunch of apps for that purpose.

Google is very good at keeping older versions of Google Maps functional. I have tried several and 8.4.1 works very well for me. Get it on Apkmirror.

For offline maps: Maps.me from BlackBerry World (not from the Play Store!) renders very fast. Navfree is better for offline navigation though and Alpinequest (buy it off their website) I use for more detailed Openstreetmap access.

Also there are a lot of apps in BlackBerry World that complement map apps like Search 4 Place, "Where is...?, Foursquare, ....

Fb lite notifications works fine here, on latest version, as do messenger lite. According to maps I use about the same as the others here.
