    Maybe Cobalt has to update the Play Store he build to the most latest and see if that solve the issue, but im still getting closer to trow away BB10 and going to buy the Keyone Black Dual sim, now im start working in Germany i can keep using my Dutch sim together woth the German sim

    This issue drives me crazy. Everything WAS working well !
    I even changed my password and check the security settings in google.com but all seems good.

    Ok, I need the Android logs to see what's going on. Download the tool BlackBerry Logger from this link:

    Unzip the content to your C: drive and then run logger.bat

    follow the instructions on startup. Grab the logs and post them here.

    I check all my settings in google, even cleared Play Stor History in google, but nothing works. i even force reboot on my device. Now im getting hub notifications that there is a app update but play store keeps crashing..
    Im now using Yalp Store to download / update the apps on my device. It's even found more apps needed to be updated.

    Found it, i dump device log buffer to logfile.log, and copy that to a txt file. Can i email it to you or just post here?

    My Play store just stopped working today too. I haven't done or changed anything. No logging out or logging in. No messing around with Google Services, etc. Was just trying to update apps (which I do once in a while), and suddenly got the message "unfortunately Play Store stopped working".

    Let's hope more will sent there logfile, and Cobalt can find out what the issue is. So we can start using our Play Store again.

    Thanks. More logs may help.

    Please follow these instructions:

    1. Close Play Store on the device
    2. Run BlackBerry Logger
    3. Tap 4 to delete logfile.log (we want a clean start)
    4. Tap 6 to clean device log buffer (we want a clean start)
    5. Tap 3 and set logging filter to debug (2)
    6 Tap 2 to start logging to screen and Logfile.log

    Then run Play Store and start a download. You can see live logging on screen and the log will be writen to disc. After the crash, you can close BlackBerry Logger.

    Send me the logfile.log via PM (dropbox link or any other file provider)

    Okay, Welskador did it! I now know what's going on, but I need to investigate why it is happening. There seems to be a parsing error in Play Store when it tries to extract the packageName from the download link:
