    Hello all,

Hoping everything is going well. I just upgraded my OS to 10.3.2.2876, and installed Google play store. Installation was smooth , but when I try to uninstall , the entire play store crashes and the app is not uninstalling at all. I have to delete the app, even tried to uninstall from android settings, the same things tend to happen. Also I tried to update the registration of Google play store, but that didn't solve the problem.

I am facing the problem with both my passport and z3, both have the same OS. Has anyone experienced any such problem. I see less apps on the desktop, but visible on the actual play store.
Please suggest the course of action that can resolve this issue.

    Thanks in anticipation

    Samar

Known bug, either update android runtime or revert it to 2813 (search forum)

    Thanks Narhim,
I tried to download blackberry runtime for android but it seems there is an error message when I try to download it.

I had tried it earlier too, when it was launched but that too same error occured. Are you aware of any other way this can be accomplished

    Thanks for your help

No. You just won't be able to see that the app remains uninstalled.
