Hello Everyone

I cannot get most apps to work. I find a very common error saying that my google play services need updating.

And when I try to update google play services, it states that it cannot be updated.

Is there a way to sort this out please?

Google Play Services doesn't work on BB10 phones. Therefore, any android apps that require it won't work either.

Some may say you need it, but if you click outside that box, the app may work anyway. But that won't always be the case.
