It would have to be a native app and coded with the proper API to show in File Manager.
Use Playcloud file manager from BBW.

Is it working? The PB version blew up on me badly.
I have never had trouble with it.

...just set up 'Remote File Access' in BlackBerry Link on your PC...works great, and you control your files...I have gone one step further and have a dedicated PC in the basement as a personal 'cloud server' through BlackBerry Link....and access shows up in your File Manager just like an SD card would.

OP, I have a passport and using Cobalt's modifications for the Playstore and GMAP patcher I have most of the Google Apps working on my PP including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, + and Hangouts (+ and Hangouts need to be patched to work).
You will need too links and some careful reading.
The link below is for the working version of playstore and the google apps account on BB10

With these 3 files you should be able to use Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides.
If you want more apps they may need to be patched. For that you need to go to the link below and carefully follow the instructions.

I am very happy being able to use my google for work services on my Passport.
The Android app ES File Manager works well to access those files from cloud providers.

I have that Google Play patch, but seems not working when I installed Google Drive. So, the second link will be adding more patch?

Google Drive works great for me. It's not integrated into the File Manage (would be awesome!), but the app works fine.
BlackBerryaholic by choice.

I use drive all the time. Our office shares files using it. Before the patchwork though, I was using Drive using the browser instead

Why not just search for Cobalt232's threads and become self-sufficient.
It's pain in the ***, but it helps a lot once we read posting from there. I mean, yes effort makes us successful...

Yes, me too used Drive browser. Now a lot easier when I have the app itself..
