    Hi everyone

I have downloaded three different calendar apps from the amazon appstore for my passport. Unfortunately none of the calendar apps are able to sync my google calendars. Can someone tell me if there is a fix for this? Will other calendars such as hotmail, etc work?

    Thanks again!

Just as a follow up, the three calendars I downloaded were

    Pocket informant

    Thanks so much

Just a question, why not use the calendar app with the phone?

Does not provide a monthly view option that shows all of my tasks in one view via the whole month. Pocket informant is brilliant for doing this. I can view my entire months tasks in one glance

Have my doubts that they are accessing the calendars. Open each of the Android apps, click on the configure option for the app, and see what calenders they are detecting on the device. I can pretty much guarantee they will list no calenders on the device.

You are correct. They dont allow me to add the google calendar either. I tried a hotmail calendar, and it also does not show up as an option to sync

Personally I just out Outlook and my Gmail Calendar , as well as one from my iPhone.
Not sure which app would be suited for this.

I can only recommend trying to connect these calendars with EVO Collaborator for Outlook.
A small Outlook plug-in I use to keep all my devices synced together.

Might be worth taking a look at ?

Had the same problem with iCal Google calendar. I think Google extended calendar require a special service called Google calendar sync. It is an apk. Don't know if you can run this in BlackBerry. I switched to my hotmail.com calender. This works fine.

I've used all three on Android devices, still use Pocket Informant on my Android tablet. The problem is Google services. Even though Amazon supposedly doesn't use Google services, they must have built something into their Fire OS to tell apps what the account is. BB10 runtime doesn't do that in a way these apps can recognize and they don't seem to include a way to manually input that.
