having problems with my passport first off glass is lifting off at the bottom left hand corner , and i cant get a proper signal in doors and my passport loses signal and switches to another network., blackberry help on twitter is a total waste of time getting very frustrated with this phone and lack of help from blackberry been told by my carrier that i have to wait a minimum of 4 weeks for a new phone.

If the device is within the first 30 days, it can and will be replaced with a new unit as this would be considered a DOA unit. If after the 30 days, it can be sent away for repairs, or they can offer expedited warranty exchange. Neither option should require waiting for "4 weeks".
