Hey all,

I have a brand new BlackBerry Passport SE and its an amazing device. Just yesterday I noticed I can't send any pictures or receive any via text. "General Problems" will pop up in the text instead in the color red. Anyone know why this is occuring, and a remedy? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Congrats on your new Passport SE. Hopefully somebody here can give you the answers your looking for.

To start is there anyway you can post a screen shot of your issue? In order to do a screen shot you will need to hold down the first and last button on the side of the device at the same time. This will give you a screen shot that has been saved to your pictures folder. Post that in this forum.

Try rebooting your phone, see if it works

Aslo try checking to see if your MMSC URL is missing. To do this, go to text messages in your hub, click settings, text messages, MMS, Advance and scroll down until you see MMSC URL. If it's blank, you may have to find out what URL your service provider uses.

Yes the SE is amazing. I have the AT&T variant also and the SE is just flagship material. Very well built and looks very sexy. Although I still like the AT&T passport
