My passport is 2 months old and recently it staryed to make that annoying noice when tapping on back of unit. !'ve noticed that it has a tiny space between the back cover and the battery..i remember with early model BB's I used to place a piece of paper to avoid that noise..
Any solution with passport?

But I'm sure if you make a good argument you could get it covered.
