    I made a FULL back-up using BlackBerry Link. Would it have backed-up my media card?

    no it doesn't back up your card. You need to do that yourself by copying the contents using drag and drop. Or using a custom backup app.

    I think Link is about 1/2 as effective as BB Desktop, no media backup, no ability to select or restore partial backups. BB products should be improving NOT going backwards.
