French people = people from France
People from different countries who speak French AREN'T French unless they have French citizenship.

It was initially a question about frenchies in France
About where are the PP in France ?
Since living in a city of over 300 000 people, I've still not seen another PP around town...
I travel to Paris often for work and still not seen one there neither.
(i'm not spending my time looking for PP ok !!! )

I'm an old blackberry fan ! Tried once or twice to swith to full tactil but quickly needed to feel a keyboard and blackberry is really the only one that suits me.
