    So there is this bright white sport on the bottom middle of the screen, it will not go away even after multiple restarts. Does any one find similar issue with your passports or other devices?

    Stuck pixel. There are apps that can attempt to unstick it, I used to have one of them on my playbook, I can't recall the name.

    Hey the app name is dead pixel defect and fix and it worked somehow and reduced the amount of whiteness of the pixel but still the white spot is there and it looks like this
