Flicking words on the keyboard was a joy on the Z30. I have a hard time flicking with the Passport and am trying it now. Maybe it's not so tough but it's easy to miss. Takes practice perhaps.

Ok, I have been missing out on the flicking move on the Passport. It works after all. Especially, once you get into a rhythm with the left-hand column.

You are right there. I use this facility often, as it does save time when using similar sentences in multiple emails & messages. I just find that looking for individual words to flick-up can often be time consuming compared to just typing them out.

I find that while touch typing I usually switch my glances between the text being typed and the words coming up for predictions down at the bottom and don't end up spending too much time looking for the right words to pop up. And when it comes to the flick once you get used to doing it all the time it becomes just as fast as typing out a single key

    Why aren't you on a Passport? 
