As everyone has tried to tell you this exists. You can keep things together or separate in the HUB. The HUB is great, almost everyone says it's BB10's best feature. If you don't like it the phones not for you.

I'm finding if you hit compose from the hub, a list pops up where you have to choose which account to compose from. Mine only defaults when I compose from a separate tab.
I can see where speed could be an issue, but using the wrong account is 1000% user error.
Back on subject, I'll be looking for some Passport owners to harass at YYZ in a few days. Yay!

1. Android apps (including Amazon App Store) do not have access to the 'work' side of your device using Blackberry Balance.
2. You have to give the app permissions to access file storage, otherwise you couldn't download and install any apps.

Just answering one of the original questions. The boarding pass was scanned perfectly.
Swipe from left to right twice, tap account and tap compose.
Swipe, tap, tap good sir
People STOP hijacking the thread. Stop responding.
And to the guy who hates his hub please start your own thread.
And if the hijacking doesn't stop should close this thread. GOD/smh.

Try shortcut creator ..... Maybe this will help you?
Some thoughts :
1. When you reply to an email, it will use the account you received the message on as the default
2. When you compose a new message you have to select the account anyway, so it is very unlikely you will send from the wrong account.
3. You can filter the hub - if you swipe from the left you can filter the hub by account.
4. You can CUSTOMIZE The hub - go to hub settings->hub management. Then select each account and configure whether the account should show up in the hub, in the left filter menu, or both. This way you can, for example, still have 9 accounts accessible but only 1 in the hub.
I use this setting to keep my personal gmail out of the hub, but I can always view it when I need.
5. I got a Windows Lumia 1520 as a second device as a tablet and let me save you some time - it is abysmal as a communication device - no device level search to find messages, can ONLY attach image files to email replies, cannot attach PDF etc, no account colors so you won't know which one is open either, it has blue screened (bricked) on me twice had to use a special Nokia recovery tool to debrick, web browser is the slowest of all mobile platforms, reader mode takes forever, camera is also the SLOWEST both to load and to snap.(though for static objects the quality is very good).......I often say that if it were my primary device I would not have lasted more than a day.

I make better coffee then my wife... Makes me thinking...She is there for everything else :)
I have the same problem with email accounts and sharing on social media. Good luck on your choice.
Really! To the D.B. who can't work the hub and all the other charmers that crashed this party, find your own thread.
Nice going on the PP mesmerizing OP
1) For the OP: This is the most hilarious "Passport Impressions" thread that I've read, the wife part was just the sugar on top
2) For the Thread Hijacker and the ones that are educatedly and genuine trying to help him: Seriously people! We are being used here by other ones that just do not try, want, understand, have, interest on really experiencing the amazing abilities and differences between BB10 OS and the rest out there. I honestly CAN'T imagine how a "successful" businessman gets to be successful if he goes and complains on a wrong forum/thread about something that he is obviously not understanding. Do not humour him anymore please.
3) Amazon "intruding" on my device's and my own life? HUH? Blackberry IS the safest device/os out there, or have you not heard about all the hacking going on the other "easy to use" devices/OS(iOS) out there?
Just my 2 cents
Listen Mr 100K - only a 35K here. How does it work while roaming? I'm main beefs with my Z10 and Q10 were the time it took to get a signal once I land in another country and how the battery life was inferior while roaming on AT&T especially.
Press the Hub icon in the lower left and you will see individual tabs for every account feeding the Hubs - email accounts, social media accounts, etc. What you want is already there and a big part of it.
I will let you know next week - I will be in the States for several days. I can tell you that my Z30 with 10.3 loaded was amazing compared to the Z10 so I expect similar results.
I do need to chime in - lets try and keep this thread to travel and responses to business travelers seeing the passport for the first time.
Thanks
i think you need to go READ the users manual as I don't think you are up to speed on ALL bb10 features
That makes no sense. Having different icons for every email would be horrible especially with 10 emails. I have 3 and would be disgusted having to use different icons for each. So bloody slow!

suggestion to the OP... start a new thread with your original post... and to the mods, close or rename this thread... my suggestion would be: how to face fear to change in my email accounts... because people here are genuinely helping him so, even when he was rude to OP, at least let's finish the help part...
Un characteristically I find I have to respond to this silly post.
So basically you can't be bothered to scroll through your 10 email accounts and just hit reply? The hub separates them as titled tabs?? The sole purpose of the hub is so you can see what is there in one not so populated screen and choose and configure how you use it, maybe read the manual, or ask for help, hmmm. I use several accounts myself and just fail to see what your on about...
The default account you mention makes no sense to me either??
Are you actually using a Passport??
Do really own this device??
As for the amazon store, come to think about it I can't be bothered to type much more about it....!!!
What tosh...
For the OP thread...I think this is great. What better advertising that a phone that catches people's attention out in the wild.
For the Hijack sub-thread ... You can also colour code each account so you know in the Hub from which account the email originated.
When you are in the hub, just swipe right, and you will see the list of your accounts.

OP awesome.
What app is that to show boarding passes? I hope not Air Canada, as I fly Alaskan/Horizon.
Former 9900, Z10, and Z30 user and lover, but now Passport rocker!
Hmm.
This can be seen as the classic tale of "you can't teach an old dog new tricks". This and I appreciate your point of view IS the man reason the vast majority of 65 million global BlackBerry OS legacy device users did NIT upgrade EVEN when the Q10 debuted.
If you know BBOS 7.x you'd know that The HUB is simply a very expansive evolution, neh revolution of the Quick Notifications bar on that ol' OS. You know the one in the middle of the home screen under the time/date?!! The one that shows tiny icons of email, BBM, alerts, FB, twitter, etc?
The Hub for one quickly allows you faster access via touch to individual email accounts or even sub folders. This is 10 fold using a query BB10 device! It's pretty much now proven!
The Hub also allows you immediate and rapid access to all the notifications and emails - IF it's the last time you viewed the Hub from the root not sms - using a quick simple gesture regardless of what application you're in! The same can NEVER be said for BBOS any version.
In my mind BBOS is a Modal based OS much like even iOS 8 currently is and that to me is the BIGGEST annoyance of computing technologies since Tron!!
To me modal alerts and actions are what Sprites do to take control and or pass me off as the user... I'm the user and like Flynn(!) I'm the mist powerful and creative entity of the computing device or UI I'm using!!
Welcome the Tyranny of the User-er-er-errrr!
Seriously though desktop OS are becoming more model with splash screens and actionable prompts when you're using an application directly at that very moment.
? BlackBerry Z30 ? If it Don't Make Dollars, It don't Make Sense ?
Pretty sure that's just the browser.
