Not really pissed off, I will be if its a week later than anyone that ordered after me.. I'm in Vancouver, Canada, I've also heard of some people in Victoria receiving theirs, but appeared to be a lower order #. Where was yours shipped to? @Andrew4Life, same question, are you in Canada?

I had to call in and figure out if my order would arrive by the 31st as I'm moving that day and needed to update my shipping address if it wasn't. They told me the devices would be shipping on Nov 4th so I updated my shipping details for my new place. (I ordered on the 17th. Just an FYI for anyone else who ordered in that batch)

I was told the same that I couldn't change my address even though there system made a mistake and changed my shipping address and now my order is lost in lala land.

Fun fact, Kaspersky Security uses them as well and their CS is excellent in helping, however their site I don't find user friendly. Interesting, no?

Geez everytime I tried to buy last week I kept getting errors. Glad I didn't, although I was hoping to order something this week (if stock was in)

but nov 4th? I would go crazy waiting for that lol

I might as well keep calling the local rogers etc if they got any in. Had a few tell me today they are hoping for a shipment tomorrow

I just ordered directly from telus online.
I talked to someone and they said they had stock to ship, for outright no term purchases (if that's true is a different story).
just for anyone whos interested. $750 + a cheap unlock of 10-15 (whichever site)...I'm willing to pay an extra 65 to get it this week opposed to nov 4th'ish lol

Yeah they let me change it. The first person I spoke to gave me the whole 'we can't do it blah blah blah' so I asked to speak with a supervisor and he did it for me. I just told him flat out that I wouldn't have ordered the phone until after I moved had there been an indication that it wouldn't ship for 3 weeks, and they needed to cancel my order if they couldn't change it since I would be 16hrs away from where my phone was getting delivered if they didn't update my address. He did it with no issues.
