Whew Hoo! I ordered Sept 24th..and just received email from BlackBerry that it has been shipped! I actually got one from my carrier last week but my wife loves the passport so much she is dumping her beloved iPhone 6 for this one..

Despite all the moaning and caterwauling that's gone on here lately, I think 2 weeks is a very reasonable time for blackberry to be able to meet the backorders and get passports shipped. Obviously supplies are still constrained, which is not good, but clearly they are working on it. The real flaw from BB has been their lack of openness, or rather their lack of communication. Hopefully they will learn from these problems and improve in the future. Now if they can just get that pesky amazon app store issue sorted out then the passport will be well positioned to drive blackberry's comeback to relevance.

I'm in a similar spot! Got the Passport Oct 1st, used it for a while,.. finally got it working on ATT and then my wife (a Q10 user) swooped in and claimed it. So I ordered another one (from shopbb this time),.. and I'm waiting for it. Hope they move through the pending orders quickly!

I just checked my Amazon.com order and it is now saying delivery by Oct 22nd and I ordered it on Sept 30th. I'm hoping my wife doesn't like it or that he stupid Farm game doesn't work on it (she won't take the Passport if you Farm game doesn't work) or I'll have to buy myself one.

Glad to see some progress. I have one from the 24th and vip from the 6th. Still no confirmation on shipping. So Bell store called today and a customer didn't pick his up so got it for $749. Not complaining. Just hope to get my refund from DR. They charged me in full for my vip. Enjoying my PP for now. Just need to get used to the keyboard.
