I'm wondering from those using the Passport, which feature of this brilliant device would be the hardest to replace if you had to get something different one day? Also, on the flip side, which feature would you like to see added to the Passport to make it even better? I'm hoping that maybe we can help BlackBerry understand what features are most important to us as Passport users should they ever realize how special this device is and decide to update it.

This can also be answered by general BlackBerry OS users, but primarily for Passport users, 1) which feature(s) is most important to you that you'd hate to live without? (form factor, physical keyboard, the Hub, long battery life, the fluid BBOS, durability, general productivity, etc.) and 2) which feature would you like to see improved upon or added to, in order to make this device even better?

For me, question #1, I'd have to say it's a tie between the huge physical keyboard and the Hub. I could get by fine without everything else, but the keyboard and Hub make my life so much easier. I tried the Priv's version of the Keyboard and the Hub and they were cheap knockoffs of the real deal. The Keyboard on my Passport SE is perfection to type on. The Hub is innovation at its finest. These are almost impossible to replace.

Question #2, what would I like to see added or improved upon? I personally think this device is near perfection, but I'd like to see more apps (I mean, who wouldn't?). That's the biggest reason people are leaving BB for other operating systems. This Passport is so brilliant, but if it could be supported by even a the most relevant apps, it would make this very appealing to the masses. Other than that, the Passport is the BEST device I've ever used (and it's not even close).

    Curious to know your thoughts...

BlackBerry 10 is dead. That means there are no more "huge" updates nor new devices. But I have to admit, Passport was one of the best phone I've had.

    RIP BlackBerry !

    1. Decent physical keyboard, wide screen, hub.

    2. An OS that isn't threatened with immediate extinction, with seamless secure officially endorsed access to more apps.

If you look at the current design, they could keep the current excellent screen and make the borders smaller, if they made the QAZ and P, delete, and return keys the same size as the rest they could make the entire device 4mm thinner on each size, making it comfortable to hold for more people. The space that says Blackberry could also be reclaimed.

Best features (sorry for the long list)
    1) battery life
    2) wide screen
    3) keypad
    4) crazy solid build
    5) lcd screen
    6) Hub/bb10

    Could use
    Nothing. Maybe a bit lighter.
    New processor would be nice.

This. But I have to add that it could use better front and rear cameras. Also the runtime mentioned previously.

    1) screen and fluid OS
    2) a few small annoyances with the Web browser ie it's pot luck on whether you can get a video to play or not. Most urgently... of course an runtime upgrade would do world's for this device.

    1. Screen and keyboard
    2. Support, more free applications and updates

Edit: Also, since it is a device aimed at the businessmen... a dual sim feature would be good, or even a triple sim one.

Right, just wait for Chen to officially announce the dead of BBOS, BB10 is in same path like BBOS

No updates from a long time.
    - Whatsapp won't run after 12/30/2016
    - Facebook don't supports Blackberry, we have one "upgrade" which removed the blackberry app and we're using the website at the moment.
    - Twitter app it's out of support
    - Foursquare app it's out of support.
    And so on.

    It's a dead horse.

    ---

And my features I love of my Passport:
    - Battery
    - Keyboard
    - Wide Screen.

IMHO if Blackberry creates a passport 2 with the same external appearance, same SO as Priv, better processor, QuickCharge v2 or v3 it will be a good best-seller.

The things I love about my Passport SE:

    1. Battery life
    2. Hub
    3. Screen size
    4. Keyboard
    5. Looks- let's face it, the Passport SE is an incredibly good looking device.

What would I like to see added? Well it would definitely be for a dual sim capability. It's annoying having to carry a phone for work and my Passport SE especially as my work phone is nowhere near as good.

You're right. I have the same feeling with my hp calcs. No one is going to built phones like that never. I see myself carrying a twenty years old calc, hp42s, and a four or five years old BlackBerry phone, you can't get old...
