    Setting up the Passport, and I got an error message I haven't seen before. The text isn't going out with red letters saying ''general problems'' every time!

    Suggestions are very welcome!

    I assume you have the mobile network turned on and have adequate reception with a valid SIM?
    I've gotten that message once or twice when reception was bad - even though the other person did receive the message.
