    Hi CB,

    I tried to install Blackberry Blend on my Windows 8 laptop but failed. I connect my phone with laptop and immediately was asked to install Blend. After finished download, during installation process, some message popped up on my laptop screen. Please refer to the photo attachment. Please help to solve my problem. Many many thanks!

    Download Blackberry Blend from Blackberry.com and install it that way...

    This is what I did and Blend works great on my Windows 8 laptop.

    Blackberry Passport SQW 100-1, 10.3.0.908
