Just call 611 and tell T-Mobile you need a nano. They will make a note on your account, and then you can go into a store and have the sales rep switch you over from a micro to nano. Usually they charge $10, but if you call 611 ahead of time and have it setup, they waive the fee.

It worked for me when I got my Passport, and then you can use that $10 toward a case or something cool.

This is good to know. It's what I did but I didn't know I needed to.
Actually, as soon as I ordered my phone, I called to order a nano sim. They mailed me one but then I got my phone and I was near a Tmo store before the nano SIM arrived. They saw the note on my account and gave it to me.
Now I have a spare as well.

Stacy, I just pulled the trigger on a Red one direct from Blackberry a few minutes ago, same price as amazon, can't wait to get it, and hope to see yours as well

Awesome! Congrats! You'll probably use your note 4 from time to time but I guarantee you that'll last about 20 minutes at most. The passport is a hard device to put down. Let us know your thoughts once you get it. And remember.... don't be quick to dismiss it it's a bit weird at first but you'll get the hang of it after about a week.

hey, got it in the mail today. spend a few minutes to get it running. Its pretty amazing and next to my little 9900 it looks so bada� in red!

only thing i don't like is that the box has been opened and the plastic cover removed. so i don't know what to think of that??

I should have ordered mine from Amazon, it would have been here sooner, but I ordered from shop BlackBerry and they are slow to ship, I just got confirmation of the shipping, it will be here on the 15th!!! I can�t wait
