Hello folks. Facebook Lite from Playstore has worked great up until today, now it will open a few times and then gets stuck on the opening screen with the first dot flashing, but not progressing. Have uninstalled and re-installed, works for a few times then the same behaviour. Has anyone else had issues? Is there another source for the app? Have tried YALP, but it is not there. Yes, reboot.

Otherwise, delete it and get the previous version from apkmirror.

This version of Facebook Lite should work for all BB10 devices.

Somewhere around the thread, there's an APK that works. I think the guy called CONITE posted it. I installed it last month, FB lite. It works together with the Messenger Lite. But don't update (fb lite)

Pretty sure it wont work correctly on a BB10 device. It allows you to install the app in a different partition on the device for special control. You need not worry about trying it.

Never update fb lite, try to use older versions!
Sometimes u see two dots loading and third one blinking and it stays there forever on opening fb lite opening page. That happens when u update the fb lite. Try using old versions as it's only 2 mb and updating to latest versions only makes difference to android old phone above 5.0.

I generally prefer the mobile site touch.facebook.com to the lite app. Am I missing out on something by just using the site via a homescreen shortcut?
