Use old version of fb lite, from 2016! Or 2017. Don't update, it will crash or get stuck on blue fb loading screen.

Thank you @conite, any chance how to switch off access to my location, contacts..
the permissions application doesn't allow to switch it off...
Maybe the price for install the FB devil..Hope there's a way around

I am on a rather older version, 77.0.1.18.238. Is it ok to update to the one you shared? I mean, will it work with no issues on PP SE, or any PP for that matter?
