    I finally received my new Passport in the mail (see here: http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...t-ugh-1006959/).

    It was automatically updated to, but now I have another issue. For some reason, my business e-mail wont sync with my phone. I get the following error messages:

    Checking for supported services and policy information.
    The server (xxx) for account (xxx) is not responding. The server name in your account settings may be incorrect, or the server might be temporarily offline. Check your settings to make sure the server name is correct and try again.

    The IT department looked at my settings and confirmed it was all correct. Any ideas how to get this working? The IT department found that the network was searching for my old Blackberry, but they said they disabled it once I received my new phone.
