    Hi guys,

Found my phone like this. Unable to turn on when I woke up the following morning. Tried bb link, didn't work. A lot of people suggest using auto loaders, is this website legit - BlackBerry 10 Autoloaders - BlackBerry Developer , I wasn't doing any security wipe. It's actually frustrating, only have this phone for a couple months and this happened. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Don't use that site, those autoloaders aren't meant for devices that aren't expressly used for development.

    Use these instead: https://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-l...rchive-943672/

10.3.2.2813 should be a good choice, unless you've updated to 10.3.3 already, in which case use 10.3.3.2205.

What are you extracting it with? And are you downloading to a PC or a phone?

There is a step by step guide here on CB which you can search for but the procedure is VERY simple. First download the correct autoloader for your device (it should be a zip file), place or download it to your PC desktop. Unzip it with 7zip or Winzip. This should give you a large. Exe file. Next, plug your device into your PC. Close BlackBerry Link if it starts up. Then finally just click the. Exe file and sit back and watch it finish. This should take about 12-15 minutes. Your device will restart and then you can set everything up on a fresh install. Good luck!

The error code is gone. It's stuck on blackberry logo, doesn't want to load further than that.

Try a hard reset by holding the power button down for about 10 seconds until you see the red led then let go. If it still does not boot up then you may have to reload the OS (autoloader) again. MAKE SURE you have the correct autoloader for your device.

Since you have a Passport go here: mega:#F!fA0URRLL!P-4nDqc5JWTVRg8fv5LyhA!WM8AHRaK and download the 7zipped 1.46 Gb file for the Passport (3rd file from the top). That is the autoloader. Once you have that file, unzip it using 7zip or winzip and run it as I described in my previous post.

It could stay there for 10-15 minutes sometimes. Don't rush.
