Erorr File Deleted in MIcroSD

we knew that we have 2 storage :
1.internal storage
2.external storage

i dont know why if i want to delete some pictures, the file still show on galery
and second problem, if i want to download file and save it in MIcroSD, it always failed ,but if i downloaded file in internal memory, the file will be fine downloaded

what happen? last month i did :
1. autolader but nothing happen still like before
2. formated MIcroSD, done! but after some days, i see the problem again

are there solutions?

Your sd might be corrupted. Format it on your phone or replace it with new.

i did it, and restore all datas to SDcard but after some weeks, it still erorr again.
i think the sdcard is fine. the sdcard product is SanDisk, i bought sdcard 3years ago.
if will be formated,whats software to get best result?
the choice are 2 : diskpart or windows format?
