    Hi,

I've been trying to access the Engineering Screen on my Passport, running 10.3.2.2226, but I cannot get in. I've used the browser to get to the escreen, and use a online calculator to try and figure out the code. I tap on the text box and enter the code in. I've also tried clearing the box and entering my code, and I've used the apps on my phone so all I have to enter is the run time. It's not very clear to me, and when reading through threads on this issue, trying the menthods they mention don't bring me any success. Any advice?

I needed access as I wanted to force my Passport to use IvP4 vs IvP6, for better compatibility with my VPN on T-Moible USA.

    Thanks!

You don't tap the text box, just start typing, it does it hidden

How would I enter numbers? If I'm not mistaken the number bar is not available to disappears when I hit a key. But I will double check.

try two finger swiping from the bottom of the screen, that opens the keyboard on touch devices, might open your number bar

Would someone on 10.3.2.2639 be so kind and see if they are still able to access the escreen?
