Hey guys,

I have a Passport and am having some issues with my email. How do I prolong the date of the auto delete on my email accounts. I find that they are all deleting after a month max. Is there any way to make it not auto-purge emails at all?

Where is it deleting from?
Passport
Email account thru desktop
Or both?

Which file is it that they are removing from?
Trash, custom folder, sent, etc....

Little more info would be helpful.

Go to the hub settings, go to your email account, go to edit ,then go to synchronize time-frame and choose the ''forever ''option instead of the default 30 days.
