    Good afternoon,

    I own a site, suppose it is called www.mysite.gr
    There-in, I have a contact e-mail account named: info@mysite.gr.

    This e-mail account, is synced with my passport, that is, I receive all the incoming mails my
    clients send to info@mysite.gr. But, when I reply to a message, I always get a "Mail Undelivered".
    I get the following answer:

    =================================================
    SMTP error ......
    =================================================

    Is it a matter of setting on the phone ?
    Is it a mater of the web-site?

    Can you please help?

    Could you clarify where you see the error?

    You should check your SMTP settings.
    Keep in mind that the sending and receiving settings are different. Configuring your email client (the Hub I assume) with the right settings to receive emails does not automatically mean you configured it correctly to SEND them.

    Is your email configured in outlook for desktop or any other email client for that matter?

    Use POP. Don't use SSL for incoming and turn off encryption for outgoing. Had the same problems too on my passport

    No Junkroid on Steroids on my Passport

    POP is for receiving mail not sending.
    The OP has no problem receiving mail.

    Usually on the phone. I guess since you own the site you might technically be able to change settings there too.
    As you are using a private site rather than a public email provider (like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), I don't know what your exact settings are.
    Here is an example of the required SMTP settings for Gmail (copied from https://www.lifewire.com/what-are-th...ings-1170854):
    Gmail SMTP server address: smtp.gmail.com
    Gmail SMTP username: Your Gmail address (e.g. example@gmail.com)
    Gmail SMTP password: Your Gmail password
    Gmail SMTP port (TLS): 587
    Gmail SMTP port (SSL): 465
    Gmail SMTP TLS/SSL required: yes

    Maybe these will give you an idea of the kind of information you need to look for.
