Help, I dropped my passport from a height of about half a metre onto a carpeted floor. The exterior looks fine, no scratches but the phone wont start again. I have left it to charge for hours but it just has a red LED that switches off after some time. I have tried to hold the power button down for long periods of time with no success. I have also tried to connect to the pc but its not being recognised on blackberry link. I have only had the phone for 8 months.

Something got knocked loose ins inside the impact. If you are still in warranty, you can "carefully" tell them that it won't power up anymore,
    or
You can open it up yourself and check all the connectors inside (but at the expense of the warranty).
