I didn't see on any any LED on the Passport on any advertisement . And I know that BlackBerry always presents their models with a red LED on! Anyone who get a chance to see that beast can confirm ? I can't survive without that LED

Search for the Passports flip shell case here on CrackBerry, somebody leaked pictures of it. There you can see a cut-out on the flap cover which is actually for the LED light.

There is no way they wouldn't put the iconic red light on the new Blackberrys its just a blackberry thing, no other manufacture will be able to copy this trade mark! No need to worry about this

When I put my BlackBerry down on the table, I always glance it to see if the LED is flashing or not. It's a problem called Blinking Red Light Syndrome. I love it and you can for sure bet the Passport will have it!

And you didn't feel the need to just divulge this information freely...........go stand in the corner for 5 minutes, you're in a timeout!

P.S. we rely on our leaders to tell us the information we know we should ask but just forget to.

P.P.S. someone in the office get a pic of our EIC in timeout, should make for a great pic

No I don't think, it will be replaced by Whatsapp lol. Seriously is like to ask if it will be shipped with its battery or the customer should buy it separately. Of course BBM is always pre-installed

I used to say the same about the flashing green network indicator led. Then bb10 went and dropped the iconic flash
